Maricopa Road Chandler, AZ 85226 Enter at Gate 1 (near the Chevron Station) Paddock / Gate Times * Friday: 2PM - 8PM * Saturday: 6AM - 8PM * Sunday: 6AM - end of event Event Schedule “What time do I need to show up?” is the #1 question we are asked, especially by the folks new to NASA. The gates will open at 6AM on Sat & Sun and the mandatory drivers meeting will start promptly at 7:30AM. We always suggest showing up at least an hour before the drivers meeting to allow enough time to find a spot, check in with Driver Info (if you’re HPDE1) and get your car through tech and any other last min items before the drivers meeting. For exact times see the attached (draft) schedule (at the bottom). HPDE Tech Inspection Please print and fill out a tech form prior to arriving to tech https://www.nasaproracing.com/images/rules-forms/form_hpde_tech.pdf TT Annual Tech Inspection Any cars competing in TT are required to get an annual tech inspection. If this is your first time getting an annual or you lost your logbook, there is a one time $5 fee to be issued a new logbook. The process for a TT annual is the same as it is for HPDE with the exception that this form should be printed out, populated and signed --> https://www.nasaproracing.com/forms/annual_tech_form.pdf Race Annual Tech Inspection All race cars should have their annual inspection completed by one of the authorized shops (found here --> http://www.nasaaz.com/tech/tech-inspection/) prior to arriving onsite or be pre-registered for an onsite annual tech inspection. All other groups will receive their wristbands from their respective Group Leader directly after the Drivers Meeting Rules • All participants should be aware of the NASA Club Codes & Regulations found here (http://nasaproracing.com/rules/ccr.pdf) • All participants should also be aware of the NASA Arizona region specific Supplemental Rules found here (http://www.nasaaz.com/classing-rules/supplemental-rules/) Transponder Rentals • Need to be checked out at registration • Need to be returned to registration within 30 mins of your final session to avoid a late fee • Time Attack competitors: If you rented a transponder for your TA session, it is only available for your TA laps. If you need a transponder for TT or Race group you will be required to pay for a full weekend rental. Drivers Meetings / Downloads The mandatory drivers meeting for all drivers (HPDE, TT, Race) will be held at Driver Info on Saturday morning (NOTE: Sun morning Racers do not need to attend). All other group meetings and download locations will be announced by your respective Group Leader directly after the morning drivers meeting. Timing and Scoring Results will be posted on the sign easels at Driver Info. Please report errors to "Driver Info" ASAP so they can get properly corrected. Water The club provides bottled water for staff/volunteers @ registration. That same water is also available to participants and guests @ 2 for $1 using the self serve cash box. Food Lulu has confirmed she will be onsite in her awesome "taco truck" both days serving breakfast and lunch. Photography / Graphics * Tom with Twisted Priorities will be providing onsite graphics * Freelance photographer vendor/info will be available at Driver Info Fuel Torco Race Fuels will be selling fuel onsite all weekend long. Chevron is also within walking distance of the paddock and has all regular pump grades of fuel.
