Looking to Buy, rent, or borrow a couple or a set of used drag wheels with tires for my 2008 narrow body c6. Let me know what you have.

I have a pair of drag radials that have been sitting for a couple years now. They are on my old C5 wagon wheels though...pretty sure on the 17 inch rims. Probably not a good fit. If they were I'd just let you have them considering their age.

Ya I'm not sure what the offset difference is, I'm going up to Wild horse to make a few passes soon with my buddy and I heard the traction there is pretty bad, and my run flats aren't going to help the situation

I can't help with the tires, but I do have two sets of OEM wheels. One set is really nice gumbies w/o tpms for $600 and the other is a nice painted set for $400. I live on the west side near 107th Ave and Camelback if you're interested in checking them out.

c5z fronts with some 275 hoosiers is a great setup. No idea of anyone selling any.

Victor for awhile had some 315 hoosiers for sale, maybe he still does.

I would let you borrow my drag wheels for a night, but they are 15s so they won't fit.

Well spindles aren't easy to swap, and it is also brakes, and grinding your control arms, and clearance wheel wells, and a bunch of other work, so no.

So after some researchthis is my gameplan. I've read alot of good reviews on OEwheels LLC and am looking at getting a couple of c5z 17x9.5 and some hoosiers unless someone has something to offer on here. Does anyone have any experience with replica wheels?

I have a pair of 18" c5z replicas. I haven't run them yet, but they are quite a bit heavier than the stock forged

Replicas are fine for the price. If you can get some OEM c5z wheels that is best, but they are harder to find.

After all that build up, I really thought you were gonna say yes. :)

I didn't realize it was that much work

Traction at WHP isn't bad. Whoever told you that either had bad tires, didn't know how to drive, or hasn't been there for a while. I had no problem cutting 1.4x second 60' times and high 10's ET's a couple weeks ago.

There's a possibility that RRBob still has 1 or 2 pair of 17's with DR's mounted. He's currently running my old C5Z06 wheels with Hoosiers and I think he has an identical pair along with a pair of 17x8.5 A molds with MT's. I'll ask him this Saturday if he wants to sell.

C4 Salad Spinners and Sawblades in 17 x 9.5 sizes are fairly plentiful, cheap, and lighter than repos. C4 A molds aren't as common (what I'm using), but are nearly the same weight as C5Z06 fronts.

I have a set of 275/40R 17 Mickey Thompson E T street drag radials mounted on

Camaro 17" wheels which will fit on a narrow body C/6 Corvette. If you want them they can be yours for $150.

The wheels are aluminum painted black the tires and still have a lot of rubber on them, but one has been plugged because of a nail.

If you are interested give me a call @ 602 938- 3448

A little old, but you never know. The other one is a year newer manufacture date.
