Picked her up Friday from Top Gear...

Sean did a great job handling the unforeseen...which dates back to probably the now famous $1 install. First the alarm was pretty much just a fire hazard, the 2800 stall TQ was not locking up -thanks to a nicked wire (see above) + some manufacturing defect that is unknown at this time. He installed a stock/heavy duty 2000 which is locking up as it should. Mostly noticeable in OD - which was when the original was sloppy at spirited freeway speeds. It is a quick shift but not jerk. Also, was really cool to see AJ from LPM - as he did the engine install a couple years ago. I don't think I've got 5K on new engine yet!

So now - paint is next, original seats will be getting reupholstered soon with original fabric, and new weather-strips after paint. Top Gear will also get her back to remove the smog/pollution crap and simplify under the hood, roller rockers, and remove the cats.
