OK, so I'm only a little confused. You put in a new 383 and then pulled it back out to bore it? What are you building and what was wrong with the 383? Jus wondering. orangepeal
The intake gasket on the intake leaked a little water into the oil did not seal right..so now I'm boring it to get a bigger can and crank shaft..and nicer lifters...aka...more horse power..
