C4orce2
I've been watching the auction and the experts now agree that the stock vettes no longer bring the biggest money. Many, many resto mods are getting the biggest prices. However, haven't seen a C4 resto mod yet. Guess I'm just ahead of my time.

C4orce2
$800,000 for the first Z06 vert? All the charity cars bring big money, as they should!
old yeller
I agree plus a big tax break for the winning bidder.
Desertdawg
I've been surprised at a couple of them... A 78 pace car with 71 miles sold for 30k And Zora's personal 1980 went for 15.4k and it was fully restored.... I don't know why Larry wasn't there bidding on this one http://www.barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/1989-FORD-AERO-STAR-CUSTOM-VAN-182135

Final Effort
I think it was Thursday night. A # matching midyear roadster with flared fenders and a beautiful wine paint sold for about $35k. I would've loved to get that car.
