They're the ones with US Army bases where people are blowing up shit right now and have internet suckage & blond camels. I'd have guessed Iraq first, but I thought Obozo got everyone out. Are you just wanting the province or the base name? I've got a list of every installation, so I'm just trying to narrow it down without random guesses.
