Friend of mine went to their concert, I saw him a few days later and asked him how the concert was & he said great he couldn't hear for 3 days.

Saw them in Milwaukee at the Riverfront Theater in either 77 or 78 when they opened for UFO. Blew away UFO. Angus never stopped. Saw them a few years ago in US AIrways. Angus still never stopped but he moved a whole lot slower. I hear his borther Marcus has some serious illness which is why they cancelled touring and recording.

Aboslutely the loudest concert I've ever been to. Was stuffing cigarette butts in my ears they hurt so much by the end of the show. Wonder if that has anythign to do with me not being able to hear much nowadays...

Yes, pretty sad deal. Not "official" but buzz is Malcom had a stroke and is nearly incapacitated, we may never see them tour again. Malcom never got the credit he deserved for the Angus "sound", a lot of what you hear guitar-wise which we all assume is Angus's dexterity is actually Malcom's rhythm guitar
