Buccaneer Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 Two thumbs down! The wife and I were in Lubbock TX for the weekend and did dinner and a movie while there. Wanted to see Snitch, but didn't want to wait two hours. So, we saw No Pain No Gain. I almost fell asleep. Wow! What a disappointment. It's not a comedy at all, maybe dark comedy if anything. They are only open on Thurs at 8am and close when the food runs out. The line is always out the door by 11:30. These TX good ole boyz know how to cook brisket for sure, better than anything in the valley. Well...Dave's briskets come close though. Still didn't like the movie though. Sorry!
