I had a 60 Buick once. Talk about a boat anchor. Real PIA to work on with the 401 cube Engine and a slushbox automatic .

Coming down the hill from Deadwood SD I spotted the Kindigit (Velocity TV car show) '59 Buick SEMA car coming out of Sturgis.  I then remembered the owner lived in Lead   SD and has a number of custom cars.  The white walls are actually the rim.

Saw it at SEMA, amazing piece.  The owner brought out a custom truck to the Spring Goodguys

I couldn't see out me windshield last nite.

Well, I could see out but I couldn't see the end of the hood.  So happy it was the work truck hood cause going 25 on the interstate and hitting that wall of dirt was really fun.

Then it rained mud !!! ?

Maybe GILF or GGILF.  When I said "Older", I didn't mean 30's or 40's.

Just returned from ADEQ vehicle emissions inspection station South of Bell and east of 59th ave.

Good news:

  • passed inspection
  • Orange C6 in lane next to me. Anybody on this forum?

Not so good news: Greasy hand prints on fender, top, gas door, and near door latch. Mist system dripping water on top and rear glass leaving deposits.

Guess I now have a reason to wash/polish/wax again.....not that i really needed one. :P
