All the cars at this show are heavily modified. In fact the judgind is based solely upon the number of modifications each car has. I know him well and he is a great guy from Sierra Vista. He goes to a lot of shows but we are rarely competing against each other. The judging at this show is done by one of the car clubs and is always very fair. I'm glad to take second. The amazing thing about the contest was that Eddie's main competition was a "girl". She was amazing, but Eddie still got the win. Congratulations! Great show with 480-500 cars and 22 classes. My class had around 16 cars with 3 C4s, 4 C5s and the rest C6s including a ZR1 and two C6 ZO6s. As usual the ZR1 took first, but to my surprise one of the other C4s took third behind me. The participants who did all the voting really know their cars since they chose two C4s over all the other cars (other than the ZR1)including TWO C6 ZO6s!!! Guest badbobs95 Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 My little black beauty won 1st place concours 84 to 96 at the Chapman Chevrolet all Chevy Show today. This is a tough bunch of judges too. Four different judges, first is lighting and technical, then exterior, then engine compartment, then interior. I got a 94.5 out of 100! Worked my butt off but I have my first trophy to show for it. So many fabulous Vettes and other Chevys. Fantastic weather and a great turnout.
