Marana Rich Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 Well, not too much going on around here the past weekend, so we decided to participate in a parade to kick of the rodeo that is in town for the week. The annual Silver Spur Rodeo Parade was held on Saturday the 13th. We rounded up a few Corvettes to help them out, since there were only 98 different clubs/groups/organizations participating. Anyhow, we had 14 Corvettes, from a '61 to an '09. Here are a few pictures I took. We were in line by 7:30, the parade kicked off at 8:30, and we were finished by 9:45. We made quite a bit of noise at times, and nobody was complaining. We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast after, and had to sit out in the rocking chairs until they had a table big enough for us.
