As you know I have been doing mortgages for over 2 years now, and I'm able to get the best deals out there I have over 500 programs to help you save money, pay off debt, get cash out ( for major and small purchases) and Home Improvements. As you are aware I love referrals from friends and family, because I can get great rates and awesome programs. I can help everyone get what they need and deserve. And not to get mislead by another lender and not get the deal you deserve. I just wanted to tell everyone to get the word out for me to all there friends and family and to forward this e-mail to as many people as you know.... Nobody had an issue with that.C5BLACKVETTE has 86 post and has been on the forum for 6 months. This is the first time I've seen him push his service.Perfect timing for me, I'm calling mortgage companies right now and talking to complete strangers. As I agree with Ken on this. Also, Phil does his stuff with a link to the information, and he keeps it very short and sweet, to the point. Not to mention, he constantly attends the events and "networks" with all of us to mix business and pleasure. This WHOLE page of advertising is annoying to me. I don't have anything against anyone here, I just have to agree with Ken a bit. Especially when I received an EMAIL that said it was from ACE and I opened it to an advertisement. Kind of pissed me off. But Im glad it helps you out Keith. I mean, not everyone would be annoyed by this. But I work in Sales and Marketing all day, I just don't want to come to a place where I relax and have fun and be "pitched" to. Thats all. I don't think it was the subject as much as the fact it was a whole page. A simple mention at our events, etc would probably have been a better approach. I know you have difficulty getting to our events due to work but so do alot of others. I know most of the long timers here and I don't think anybody wants you to leave this group over something like this. I know you may have a bad taste but please stick around. You'll get to know others and I'm sure if you can you'll help them with a mortgage just as I'd help any of you that had problems with fraud, especially if it was an M&I account. I think it would be very difficult to police and eventually we'd get a bunch of vendors who would take the time to "establish" themselves here.I think it's a shame it happened the way it did but as I said earlier I could see it coming. For those of us that participate regularly we know what each other does for a living. If I needed that train signal in my front yard maintained you'd be the first one I called Dawg! Brian is between a rock and the perverbial hard place because of work. I would hate to see us loose him as a member of this group because of one unfortunate, well intentioned mistake. Put your tail between your legs Brian and stay a part of this group. Ken, Tanya and the rest of us really are a great group just very possesive of a great forum that is untainted by commercialism. Nothing pisses me off more than the Vendors on CF having the run of the place. They can post when and where they like and are often defended by the Admins whether by word or just locking a negative thread. I don't want to see this place get the same way. If I have a legitmate beef with a vendor you guys should be able to learn about it without the forum being in jeoparody.
