I've got an outside lift with a pressure washer next to it. We've douched out the underside of many 4x4 trucks before we've worked on them. I could have my kid throw lift it up up and (you or he, I recommend you) could pressure wash it until the cows come home. He doesn't even need to get in your car, you can drive it to the lift (he has to lift it) then he or you could hose it off all you want for $20?
