Would have to go to Dallas for 4 weeks on my dime then they would reimburse after 90days of employement. Still looking

Wow I should have got out of the mortgage business along time ago.... And the fun part is I heard that they might shut our office down here in Phoenix because corporate is saying our production is not up to par.... They say are market is fine and every loan officer should be closing 5 loans a month... I did 5 loans a month when the market was hot...
John Syb
We are looking at adding a couple of salespeople. I am not the only one with a say in who we hire so no promises. Getting started in a new sales position is hard work and this would not be an exception but we have been in business for over 20 years so we must either be very lucky or very good. It would be B2B outside sales. Someone willing to actually WORK HARD to get a pipeline filled can make a good living here. You can check out our website to get an idea of what we do and message me if you want to know more. http://timedatasys.com. We are a small company but we do offer a base, commission (based on gross sales), company sponsered health insurance (for the employee after 90 days), and a small auto allowance (also after 90 days.. not enough for a new vette but a little something to help offset the cost of going to appointments). The base isn't going to allow anyone to live high on the hog but we hope it will allow someone to not starve while getting the ball rolling. I recently hired three people. I fired one and one left because a position opened up in a field that they had more experience in. The third is still here and we are working on ways to make him more productive which isn't the easiest thing in today's economy. He has sold a couple of small accounts in the 45 days he has been with us. I say this because I am looking for someone who can get in front of business decision makers in companies from 5 to 50,000 employees. Someone who has the desire and ability to be successful with us. I am not interested in people who can only sell themselves to me. Anyway... enough of my soapbox..... check out the site... if you are interested, send me a message and we can talk.
