I have a Ti bypass modded ZO6 exhaust off my 2002 Z for sale. It was on my car for probably 40k miles before I switched to something a little more louder (B&B PRT). I will have pictures tomorrow morning and can email or text them to anyone interested. Would love to see it sell by the weekend and go to a good home. $600. Thanks, Brian 4.8.0 - 6.2.0 -

Have had "concerns" ever since I learned about funky valve guide issues on LS7 heads, so I have been doing research and finally decided to take the plunge & have them re-done. Joe Cordes hooked me up with a set that he had WCCH do their magic on, and I must say that I am EXCEPTIONALLY PLEASED!!! Both by the work that WCCH did, and especially by the work that Joe and his crew did! 8. Gonna swap out my stock tires for Michelins. The fronts are original with 8,700 miles on them. The rears have been replaced and are almost new. I'm having them done at Discount Tire in Surprise, the store on Grand Blvd. (next to Walmart, Taco Bell, etc.). PM me if you want the exact address - it's "store # 36", I believe. $100.00 is the "asking price" (since I had to post a price! Actually, you may have them for FREE, if you ask! Just come get 'em!! No use letting the recycle man getting them! The Michelins should be here by next Tuesday, the 19th, and if they are I plan on

    91 OCTANE OR 93?

How do the LS7 motors do with the fact that 93 Octane is recommended, but only 91 Octane is available here in Arizona?? Does it "do fine"? Does it "need additives?" THANKS!!!
  10. NOTE: I "SEARCHED" "ZO6" TO BE SURE THAT I HAD NOT TOUCHED ON THIS TOPIC HERE, AND THE SEARCH CAME BACK "NO" - SO I MADE THIS POST. THEN I FOUND ONE I POSTED ON THE ZO6 HERE EARLIER - GO FIGURE!! THIS CONCERNS THE LS7 ENGINE, ANYWAY. I am considering a ZO6 and have heard "HORROR STORIES" regarding the failure of the valve train (mainly) resulting in some folks buying LS7 equipped Corvettes and soon after doing a head swap just to stay away from "grenading engines". Any REAL experience on this anyone? How about you Professional Mechanics and Corvette Specialty Shops - anything to rep
