Is the disappearing DIC occur in all directions of travel? I find sometimes the glare washes it out but it is visible once i change direction

Julie and Me attended a 2-day Cadillac V Academy drivers course last week at the Ron Fellows course in NV. We had a ball and did a lot of on track driving. I would highly recommend taking this course as you'll really learn how to handle your car.

Bright in garage but slowly fades to nearly nothing as I back out into the light. I know this happens on C5s but I have never seen a "fix" for it. Does anyone know how to fix this or does anyone know who can fix it?
