This is for anyone working the ACE Poker Run. We will meet at Mc Donalds at the Pavillions at 10:30 a.m. From there we will drive the entire route to idiot proff the map and directions.
We will be making a stop at each location and figuring out how to set up each stop to make sure we have enough room to work, parking space and easy in-and-out for the participants.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that all workers do attend this so we can work out any problems BEFORE the poker run.
