I remember my first truck, dads 1968 3/4 ton 390ci Ford camper special. And just happy to get 10 mpg. 

 

Now in my new 2017 4x4 Duramax with 440hp and 910tq.

Try hand calculating and see the difference you get.. My Dodge dashboard claimed 13.9 my Calculator said 12.8.

So far it's right on. I can switch it to last 400 miles that shows 14.9, which is a little less than a tank full. 

 I'm getting 15.0 hand calculated at fill up.

With all your missing toes, fingers, and teeth, how did you count all the way up to 15?

I gots me one-o dem smarts phones. 

 

I turned it over, layd my paper on it and done did my rithmutik right there with a numba 2 pensil. 

It worked as good as a desk wood have.
