Marana Rich Posted May 26, 2017 Share Posted May 26, 2017 Regret to pass on bad news. 18ZBlueGoose has passed away after a short illness. He died last Friday. Master Sergeant US Army SF Bluegoose compromised. Out. He will not be forgotten. DOL/RIP Edward J. Coppola Jr. was surrounded by his family when he passed away at home on May 19, 2017, following a recent battle with cancer. He retired from the US Army Special Forces as a Green Beret Master Sergeant, and later retired from a career at Tucson Electric Power. Edward Coppola Jr. is survived by his beloved wife, Margret, and their seven shared children: Keli Elkins (Brian), Dani Banks (Scott Baldwin), EJ Coppola (Cassie), Crista Coppola (Jason), Erika Williamson (Chris) & Welby Nielsen (Leah); 19 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is also survived by his mother, Betty Coppola and was preceded in death by his father, Edward J. Coppola. Services will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Marana Mortuary & Cemetery, 12146 W Barnett Road, Marana, AZ.
