The Arizona Corvette Enthusiasts.TM has no ties to any officially recognized Corvette club or automotive association. It is a free standing entity without officers or dues paying members.

 

No copyright/trademark infringement is intended or implied by ACE or its participants. The Corvette name is a copyrighted trademark/sales mark of the Chevrolet Motors Division of General Motors. Neither the Chevrolet Motor Division not any other segment of General Motors or its affiliates or subdivisions shall bear any responsibility what so ever for its content. Any use of the Corvette name within any media of the Club is used only as a point of reference to their automobiles or automotive products line of the same name. General Motors, GM, the GM emblem, Chevrolet, Chevy, Corvette, the Corvette emblem are registered trademarks of the General Motors Corporation.

 

The use of The Arizona Corvette Enthusiasts.TM logo is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

 

All photographs posted on the ACE website are with permission of the photographer(s).

 

Neither ACE nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering this site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of access to, or use of, this site.

  • This is a public forum. Any data you post in this forum is public. We do not share data that you don't allow to be already shared publicly on your profile.  Home address, Email address, and Phone Numbers are only visible to forum admins and moderators.

 

User Data Deletion:

  • Please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page to request all you data to be removed in the event you want to completely delete your account.

 

Facebook or Twitter App Usage:

  • If you utilize Facebook or Twitter to login, this application only gathers your name, email address, and public profile information for account creation and secure login to the forums using your Facebook account.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Spam Defense
The IPS Spam Defense Service passes the email address and IP address of the registering member to the service to determine the likelihood a registering account is a spam source.
hCaptcha
We use the hCaptcha anti-bot service (hereinafter "hCaptcha") on our website. This service is provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., a Delaware US Corporation ("IMI"). hCaptcha is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a login page or contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, hCaptcha analyzes the behavior of the website or mobile app visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website or mobile app visitor enters a part of the website or app with hCaptcha enabled. For the analysis, hCaptcha evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website or app, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to IMI. hCaptcha analysis in the "invisible mode" may take place completely in the background. Website or app visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place if the user is not shown a challenge. Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (DSGVO): the website or mobile app operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam. IMI acts as a "data processor" acting on behalf of its customers as defined under the GDPR, and a "service provider" for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
