Our buddy Dan Wilson (3503 lbs of Trouble) made the front page of the "Cars" section. A very good article about his DeLorean.

A lot of you might not know Dan but he owned a C3 for years. I predict he will own another Vette someday. He still loves Vettes and shows up here on the Forum or an event occassionally.

Our buddy Dan Wilson (3503 lbs of Trouble) made the front page of the "Cars" section. A very good article about his DeLorean.

A couple things from the article I must correct. #1, I'm not an Engineer as the article states, although I work with and for several conducting their testing and collecting data. I was very specific with the writer about that, but somewhere along the way the Republic gave me a promotion. I'm still catching (good natured) crap at work for it. #2, I do not own a '98 T-bird. No such car exists since there were out of production that year. I do, however, own a '97 that is still getting me everywhere I need to be after 141K miles. The T-bird has taught me something valuable as of late, and that's how to pick up a wrench. Wish I'd had that confidence when I had the C3. I would have saved a ton! I miss the '79 Vette. Eddie, you're right. I will drive a Vette again. 'Till then I have a few around work that keep me busy. One is "blue", and it's quite a "devil".
