I step out of my office to go out on a road test and return 20 minutes later to find everything superglued to my desk

....... receiver glued to phone, stapler, mouse, keyboard, scotch tape, pens, paperclip holder etc.

When I was on the PD we stole another Detectives truck and parked it on a corner with for sale signs. Probably wouldn't work for you though cause he no doubt has a demo. I guess you could steal the demo and put his cellphone number on the for sale signs. Just be sure to put a super low price so everyone that sees it will call him. The phone will ring constantly all day.

Fill it with acetylene.
Put a silly puddy lid on it.
Take 2 lenths of copper wire.
Push them so they are separate but about 1/4 inch apart into the jug.
Ground one wire.
Put the other on a spark plug.

When he turns over the car kaboom.
