Syrian tank was hit by an Israeli laser-guided steel penetrating phosphorous filled "handheld" rocket. Impressive and wouldn't want to be in a tank. Sorry, pulled the link.

I was privey to look at a Russian T-72 tank that had been hit with a HEAT round between the tank tracks during the Gulf war. It melted a hole the size of a fist in the tank and then went through the gunner into the tanks magazine. Wasn't pretty...
