So after receiving my third traffic violation I decided to do some research to avoid paying this b*st*rds and after 30 minutes of research I found something that is god's gift to traffic law offenders.
"Trusts are set up to provide certain benefits for all concerned:
Protection of assets for the beneficiary. The property in the trust is managed by a trustee. Usually, this is someone who's good at handling money. It can even be a parent (although this may not be a good idea tax-wise) or a trust company. Having a trustee in charge means that the beneficiary can't squander the property; it's protected for his benefit."
What you're going to need :
a. 30$ tops!
b. Car / Cars
Steps :
1.) Purchase a trust fund kit - 20$ ( http://secure.uslegalforms.com/cgi-b...B-living~trust )
2.) Fill out paperwork, create the trust, make official by notarization. ( Bank, Notary, etc.. )
3.) Go to MVD and transfer title from your ownership to the trust which you own. Fee's are minimal, they won't question you. It's completely legal.
4.) Enjoy
What happens :
You're car is no longer owned by a person, It's owned by the trust. Arizona's law for someone who has received a camera violation is for a person to either acknowledge or accept fault, until that happens there's no one that is at fault. Of course you can spend time dodging the letters and the process servers but why not cut the whole thing out? The ticket will be sent to where the trust is located, which is no where, the trust does NOT have an address. Even if you choose to associate the trust with a mailbox, that is still not the business of the MVD, again, no relation to the car. The DMV/MVD cannot disclose what it doesn't know.
I wouldn't recommend abusing it, but!, if you accidentally happened to run that pesky light ( Wilmot / 22nd got me twice now! ) don't stress :D!
Feedback?!

I'm no lawyer, but something doesn't sound right here.
Chad, if I'm not mistaken, you have a legitimate biz, so the LLC structure makes sense.
So the registered trustee does not have to have their address on file for matters regarding the trust?
Sounds a like a whole lot easier to just get a PO Box.
Hey, but again, I'm no lawyer.

Or just wait until July 15th when the contract with DPS and RedFlex expires. RedFlex will no longer be paying their people to appear in court to testify...so wait until July 15th and your allllll gooodddd

I agree but in the Arizona Repugnent this past Sunday it seems that behind the scenes DPS wants to be the sole recipient of the $$$ that are generated and not funnel into the State's general fund coffers and await for their cut.
My guess is, historically, no tax is ever removed, just relabled, recalculated and redirected.
The revenue stream is just too great for either of them to just say "good bye" to the $$$'s.
IMHO.

I dont want to beat a dead horse....
This has been discussed in other threads
but
-The PO box costs money every month.
-You have to have a physical address to regester your car.
The LLC costs $25 per year. You do NOT need a business to operate the LLC.
Infact I have several LLC's. Most of them do not generate revenue and therefore no tax paperwork is necessary. By putting your car into an LLC it also adds a layer of protection to prevent a scumbag lawyer from sueing you and everything you own.
They can only go after any assests that the LLC has (in my case is only the one truck, or vette) and cannot sue for any assests of an 'employee' that works for the LLC.
..yes yes I know im not an employee of an LLC but im simply trying to illustrate a point.
The process server has very STRICT guidelines to follow. They cannot leave it at the door (im not saying that they dont VERY rare). That is a huge No NO and if proven the server can get in serious trouble perhaps jail time.
Google the AZ laws on how to get served and you will be suprised.

hmm there is a litttle more to it than that.
Redflex took 60% and then each city negotated there "cut" and wat was left of the 40% went to the DPS. At teh end of the 4QT anything over $250,000 went into the states general fund.
meaning the DPS had better buy nicer vests and cars for the officers until they reach $250,001.
I have said this before.
if it were up to me, Id can all the speed cameras, tripple the redlight cameras ( a per peeve of mine) and have every red cent go into a fund that directely went to the cops.
Higher salerys = draw of better trained officers = a surplus of man power means the dead weight is cut loose= more professional, experienced, cops on the street.
While I loathe the speed cameras, next to teachers, Cops deserve a lot more money for the shit job they do.

It has been reported many times that Redflex works on what amounts to a commision of $42.48 for every ticket issued. I've never heard anyone complain about a $70.80 ticket which is what they would come out to using your data.
And yes, I agree, educators in the public school systems and law enforcement personnel, who put their life on the line every day, are long over due a sizeable pay increase.

My money's on more mobile units being deployed. There's way too much $$$$ at stake here for everyone to just walk away.
Then all the speed cam location GPS data bases will be nearly useless.
And I do concurr, they would be wise to put up more "red light runner" cams but not like the one on Bell and 91st Ave that probably creates more accidents with everyone so gun shy because it only stays "yellow" for a very short time, no doubt the absolute leagal minimum.
