Thanks everyone!

Why the heck not - works for me. Couple of places come to mind - San Tan Flats or Uncle Bears. I'm sure there are others. Not a bad idea, KR.

Krenzy,
San Tan Flats Steak House - Hunt Hwy and Ellsworth. Kind of a "rustic" place. They have inside seating - but their "draw" is their outside seating. They have an outside dance floor and live music every night. Bunch of wood tables and a fire pit at (almost) each table. They provide the fire wood - the place is "kid" friendly until around 9PM then it's "adults only". Steaks are pretty good and their prices aren't outta sight. they do a "banner" business as the parking lot is always full. Goggle them in at santanflats.com . (Google maps put them at Empire and Ellsworth - but they are south east of that intersection about a 1/4 of a mile - down Hunt Hwy) black vette:

Do I hear an event in the works???
Pick a date and start a thread in the events section, I'll drive all the way out there for some good cooked cow!

Unless the parking lot isn't paved, then no one will come!

The parking lot IS paved - and it's pretty good sized. If we pick a date, I can see about arranging some special parking so that the Vette's don't get "door'd " or anything else detrimental. The only "down side" is, some nights the Harley crowd is there. Never any bad incidents - just that everybody needs to know that.

KR - hey - Sunday's work for us too - most any weekend - Sat or Sun. You'll have decide if you want to make it an afternoon (day light) "gig" or an evening gig, outside with the firepits. The road in front of the place - Hunt Hwy - can be a "bugger" to deal with - but weekends should not be that difficult.

If you do the evening and a Sunday I probably won't make it, the 80 plus mile drive home at O-dark thirty and work the next day will suck!

I suspect that we should also probably move this thread to "events" or someplace else

Just start a new thread in the Events section with a time and date and we'll put it on the calender.

PV - Roger the move to Events. I"m the FNG here so maybe someone with a little more experience might want to post that up so I don't "mess-it-up".
